How It Works

The best cell phone is factory unlocked phone. But how the process works? How can I unlock iPhone, Samsung, LG, HTC and other handsets? Here you can see the whole process of using our service from the beginning to the end.

After unlocking you will be able to enjoy any GSM SIM card worldwide and any iOS (if you unlock iPhone).

Forget about roaming and other inconveniences. Just enter a code and your phone will be unlocked permanently.  Note: iPhone doesn’t require a code, only connecting to iTunes.

To unlock a handset first you need to find the IMEI number. The best method for all phones is to type *#06# on keypad and you will see the numbers on the screen. First 15 digits will the IMEI number of your device.

Also you can find IMEI going to Settings and Phone info (for example go to Settings -> General -> About on iPhone).

Having the IMEI number you can use your credit/debit card or PayPal account and order unlock code for:

How to Place an Order and Unlock iPhone

Step 1: Go to the Pricing category and select the following:

  • Manufacturer
  • Model
  • Country
  • Carrier

Attention: Make sure that you selecting correct carrier and country. If you are not sure you can always use iPhone Network checker and receive results in minutes.

Step 2: You can see a package for your iPhone so read a description and make an order by entering:

  1. IMEI
  2. Email
  3. Model
  4. Important notes
  5. Read and agree with Terms and Services
  6. Check all data you entered
  7. Click BUY NOW

Step 3: You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. There will be two options:

  • Don’t Have a PayPal account (Use your credit/debit card and fill in the required info)
  • Have a PayPal Account (Just login to PayPal if you have an account)

Step 4: After purchasing unlock you will receive email with your personal Order ID and your request will be put in the pending status.

Step 5: The Order Status page will help you to track your order. Contact us when you will see results as Completed.

Step 6: After you make a payment your unlock request will be immediately sent to the carrier/network and put in the process.

Step 7: When your iPhone will be unlocked you will receive email with instructions. Only few steps in iTunes and your device will be unlocked permanently:

  1. Insert non-supported SIM card.
  2. Connect iPhone to iTunes on Mac or PC with internet connection.
  3. Disconnect iPhone, wait 8-10 seconds and connect your device to iTunes again.
  4. After re-connecting iPhone should show the Congratulation message. Sometimes there is no message and it’s normal. Just wait for the signal on the side bar and try to make a call.

Step 8: Congratulations, your iPhone is now unlocked and you can enjoy any SIM card and iOS version.

How to Order Samsung Phone Unlocking

Step 1. Visit Pricing page and select the Manufacturer, Model, Network to which your Samsung phone is locked and Country where the handset is locked.

Note: Make sure you are selecting correct network and country. If you don’t know to what service provider your Samsung is locked restart the phone and you will see a logo of the locked carrier. Also you can find out the carrier by the model of your device.

Step 2. After selecting the right unlocking package you will be redirected to the order form with the description to the carrier. It is highly recommended to read the description before purchasing unlocking code for Samsung.

Step 3. You will need to provide some details to make an order:

  1. IMEI
  2. Email
  3. Model
  4. Important notes
  5. Read and agree with Terms and Services
  6. Check all data you entered
  7. Click BUY NOW

Step 4. When you enter all info correctly and click Buy Now you will be redirected to the PayPal. There will be two options:

Unlock HTC phone with Easy Step

Step 1.  Go to the Pricing category and select:

It is very important to select all details about your device correctly otherwise you will receive the wrong code and it won’t work.

Step 3.  Now choose one of the offered options in PayPal:

Step 4. Login your PayPal account or provide needed info if you’ve chosen to use credit/debit card and make a payment for HTC unlocking.

Step 5. You will receive email with order ID.

Send Request to Unlock Huawei

Step 1. Select Manufacturer, Model, Carrier and Country in the Pricing category. Select Carrier and Country to which Huawei is locked.

Step 2. Read the description to the package and order Huawei unlock code providing:

  3. Model
  4. Important notes

Step 3. You will be redirected to PayPal where you will see two options:

How to Make an Order For LG Unlocking

Step 3. After providing required info and clicking the Buy Now button you will be redirected to the PayPal page.

Step 1: First you need to select the package which you can use to unlock Motorola. To do it just go the Pricing page and select:
